The flowers in Tucson are INCREDIBLE right now. Hurry down and don't miss them!!!!

We had fun on our visit to Saguaro NP. We found a "young" Saguaro (maybe 60-70 years old) and took a picture of our daughters next to it. We wrote down the GPS coordinates and hope that some day our daughters will take their kids or grandkids to that same spot and see how much that Saguaro has grown. Just having fun... It really is a beautiful park and we enjoyed it very much.

I have always thought that Mother's Day was the peak of the Saguaro bloom and this year is no exception. Also, the ocotillos are beautiful in the Tucson Mountain District especially around the Sus Picnic area. This is a great time to visit before the weather gets too hot.
