  • January 21, March 18, and April 15: Evening Cruises on the Bay programs feature 75-minute-long ranger-guided cruises on scenic Biscayne Bay. Trips depart at 6 and 7:30 p.m. each day. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 786-335-3644. The cruises cost $15 per person and are weather dependent.
  • February 18: Free music performance from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. featuring singer/songwriter Grant Livingston, "South Florida's Historian in Song." In addition to the scenic boat trips and music, the Dante Fascell Visitor Center and grounds will remain open for exploration until 9 p.m. The visitor center is located at 9700 SW 328 Street, nine miles east of Homestead.
