How should we rate lodges in the park system? There are some that are great, some that are average, and some that could use some attention. But how can we rate them fairly?

By that, I mean how can we avoid the Trip Adviser approach that can be gamed by someone with a grudge, or someone in PR working the system?

Is it worth a review of a restaurant that uses a bit too much bleach cleaning dishes, so much that your wine glass smells like bleach? Or one that forgets to turn the heat on in your room in advance of your arrival on a winter day?

How can you filter out the gripers? If there's a fair, workable approach, we'd love to make it a fixture of the Traveler. Please share your thoughts.
