Grand Canyon Cover Story

My copy of the latest National Geographic magazine arrived in the mail today. To my pleasant surprise, the cover story this month is about the Grand Canyon. The article is titled : "The Unexpected Canyon", with photographs by Michael Nichols. I must admit, I have not had a chance to read the article yet. But I can tell you this, the photos are stunning. I counted 8 full page or double page photographs in the article. If you are not a subscriber to the magazine and are a fan of Grand Canyon National Park, it is worth stopping by a magazine stand to pick up this copy. There is an online feature at nationalgeographic.com that has some additional content that is interesting, including 5 photos that are not in the magazine.
