Minnesota's only national park, Voyageurs is the only U.S. national park that, by act of Congress, expressly allows snowmobiling. It gets more snowmobile use than any other national park. Snowmobiles are allowed on most of the park's big frozen lakes and on numerous portage trails between the lakes.
