Park Service Website Down A Lot

Talk about annoying. At this very moment, many parts of the National Park Service website are down again. This post is only an observation. I wish I could tell you what is going on. A server upgrade? A scheduled maintenance program? A big nasty bug? I don't know. Anyone out there know what's going on that can comment on it? Probably by the time you read this, everything will be back to normal. I just had to post my rant.
