Well, I hate shameless self-promotions, but I did write this book and I think it does a pretty good job of giving you a lay of the land for the parks it covers. Let me know what you think.

Kurt, your great travel guide book: National Parks of the American West for Dummies, has been a great source for quick references to point out key travel tips. Easy to use and understandable for the novice traveler...and foreign travelers alike. It's informative enough not to overwhelm you with minutiae details...a neat travel guide! I'm ready for your next book.
