I've been a public advocate since September 2005 for a Grand Public Place at Fort Monroe, Virginia, based on a hybrid, innovatively structured national park optimizing both the historic landscape and the enrichment opportunities for Virginia and the country -- including financial, historical, cultural, environmental, architectural and recreational enrichment.
