Some Eye Candy, Grand Teton National Park Style, For Labor Day

Share

The following video was created by Sheets Studios in Jackson, Wyoming, to celebrate the National Park Service Centennial. It's intended to serve as a tribute to the magnificent beauty of Grand Teton National Park, and "something that would draw attention and awareness to why we need to protect these wonderful places."

Absolutely awesome.  A tribute that needs no words to speak volumes.

Outstanding and Inspirational ... but there remain political personalities within and beyond the

National Park Service eager to expand parking lots, cut down ancient trees, widen highways and kill predators and other wildlife.  These megalomaniacal personalities see their role as building more Monuments to their Own Personalities while whining about the scarcity of financial resources for critical Maintenance Projects like sewage and water systems.

When will the National Park Human Tourism Juggernaut be contained ?

Has the NPS forgotten its original Mission  ?
