Two visitors, a man and woman, fell to their deaths Thursday from Taft Point in Yosemite National Park. Park staff had few details on the incident, saying only that rangers were working to recover the bodies.

Taft Point is a popular overlook, providing sweeping views of Yosemite Valley, Yosemite Falls, and El Capitan from its location near the end of the Glacier Point Road. On occasion it's used as the setting for wedding photos.
