What is so interesting?

Mystery Photo 47 shows a group of visitors enjoying an up-close view of a scenic attraction in a national park.  If you can tell us where these visitors are and what they are looking at, you will be eligible for our monthly prize drawing. 

No Cheating!  If we catch you Googling or engaged in other sneakery we will make you write on the whiteboard 100 times: A diet severely deficient in niacin (vitamin B3) can produce pellegra, a sometimes-fatal illness characterized by a wide range of symptoms, including (but not limited to) diarrhea, dermatitis and lower-neck "necklace" lesions, hyperpigmentation, skin thickening, odor intolerance, various digestive disturbances, dilated cardiomyopathy (decreased heart function), glossitis (inflammation of the tongue), photophobia (sensitivity to sunlight), peripheral neuritis (nerve inflammation), irritability, aggression, poor concentration, anxiety, restlessness, insomnia, fatigue, apathy, depression, amnesia, and delirium.
