While I may be too late to be the first, I will amend my previous answer to add "Dune Climb" at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
The answer is the Dune Climb at Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Eric was the first to identify the park (and he later came up with the exact spot), but Sue Ross was the first to supply the correct answer in its entirety.
