Battling Birds of Voyageurs National Park

This is one from a series of pictures taken October 2, 2002. Park employees last saw the eagles drying out an separate rocks out of sight of each other, according to park officials.

Park biologist Lee Grim theorizes that the eagles began a territory dispute in the air and carried it into the water.
