Improving health has allowed naturalist Kevin Cook to plan two seminars in Rocky Mountain National Park this summer. RMNA photo.
If you're planning a summer visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, there are two special programs on the calendar that you might want to work into your schedule.
The Rocky Mountain Nature Association is bringing back Kevin Cook to offer two seminars this summer.
On July 14 Mr. Cook will offer the class A Day Hike With A Naturalist: Cub Lake Treasures. This class will lead folks along the trail to Cub Lake as they discover the hidden gems this area has to offer.
On August 23 he will lead a hike to discover Moraine Magic. Folks will start at the Hidden Valley Parking lot and meander through ancient spruce trees, ferns and wildflowers to West Horseshoe Park.
Mr. Cook, who was not scheduled for seminars this summer due to health issues, is feeling much better and ready to return to guiding. Please call Rachel at 970-586-3262 if you would like to sign up for these or any other RMNA seminar.
