National Parks Conservation Association Launches Blog

The National Parks Conservation Association has entered the blogosphere to help you keep track of key issues confronting the National Park System.

The blog, Park Advocate, was launched last week during America's Summit on the National Parks. While it's too early to get a good feel for the content, it looks like NPCA will be using the blog to both keep you abreast of its efforts in supporting the National Park System as well as sprinkling in some photos and videos of the national parks.

While here at the Traveler we try to keep you up to date as much as possible on NPCA's various initiatives -- such as the recent report on the Lone Star Coastal NRA proposal -- you'll be able to follow any we miss, as well as find some additional details at times, on Park Advocate.

Check it out!
