Staff at Cape Hatteras National Seashore in North Carolina have completed all work assigned them through the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 that President Obama signed into law two years ago.

OIG: National Park Service's Northeast Regional Director Committed Travel Fraud

Michael Caldwell, the National Park Service's Northeast Regional director, ran up nearly $11,500 in personal travel that he billed the Park Service for and collected nearly $6,000 in pay on these travels rather than taking vacation time, according to the Interior Department's Office of Inspector General.
