Update From Sequoia National Park: Lodgepole Is Back In Business
Submitted by Kurt Repanshek on December 30, 2008 - 4:30pm
It took a coupla days, but the power is back on at Lodgepole in Sequoia National Park.
The power outage hit Christmas Day and had forced closure of facilities in the Lodgepole and Giant Forest area. But this afternoon park officials announced that the power had been restored and that all facilities in the Lodgepole area, including the Wolverton snow play area, are back in business.
