Merger Of Yellowstone Park Foundation And Yellowstone Association Gives Rise To Yellowstone Forever

Months of talks and work between the Yellowstone Park Foundation and the Yellowstone Association have given rise to Yellowstone Forever, a new nonprofit entity that the organization believes "will become a national model for public-private partnerships to protect and support the park, and connect the next generation with Yellowstone."

Scorecard Indicates That Congress Isn't Terribly Fond Of National Park Service

It might come as a surprise, but Congress is not as "parks friendly" as many folks might think. Indeed, a recent "scorecard" prepared by an affiliate of the National Parks Conservation Association found that nearly half of Congress regularly voted against parks during the 114th Congress.
